Deposit and Travel Charges

Gratuities not included in pricing.

DEPOSIT
Weddings:

• A retainer fee of $100 is due at time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and required, along with a signed contract, to secure your event date.
• Full balance due must be paid 7 days before the event date.
• Caroline Cartier to be notified of BRIDAL PARTY cancellations or adjustments within 7 days of event date or entirety of original agreed upon total amount will be required.

Disclaimer: Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of sickness, inclement weather, or other elements beyond our control that prevent the completion of services, we will make every reasonable effort to find a suitable replacement. However, if we are unable to secure a replacement, we will provide a refund for any services that were not completed as a result of these circumstances. This refund will be calculated based on the portion of services affected and will not include services already rendered prior to the cancellation.

TRAVEL
Parking fees are added to the final amount due. On-site pricing is valid for up to 20 miles of travel. Travel 20+ miles requires an additional travel fee of $100 per stylist/artist. Travel further than 150+miles may require hotel/flight accommodations to be handled by Client.
